What a change 2 years bring!

Addie turned two on May 17th and we had a small birthday party for her on the 22nd. I know everyone says they grow up so fast but they really do! I can't believe we have a two year old! So far two has been anything but terrible- it has been so much fun! Addison says new words each day, has turned into a total goofball, and likes to ham it up. I am sure I will have a post on how frustrating a two year old can be, but for now we are soaking up this sweet phase! How much they change...

We're back!!!

I know I am the lamest blogger but I really will start keeping up on it- I promise! Life has been insane busy. I am going to try to summarize our past few months with some pictures. Cor and I got to Palm Desert, CA in March for a little getaway without Addie that was amazing. We have never been gone from her for more than a night or two and this was a 5 night trip so we really missed her, but it was very rejuvinating. April we had fun celebrating Easter and I went out to Boston with Addie to celebrate my dear cousin Ruth's bridal shower. She is marrying a British boy, Tim, this summer and we couldn't be more thrilled. I left Addie in Connecticut with my family and headed to Haiti for 9 days to do a medical mission. It was very rewarding, but also very exhausting (pics to come)! I missed Cory and Addison like crazy. It feels SO good to be home. Next Cor took a trip to Las Vegas to celebrate with some guys for their 30th birthdays. He came back and the next we headed up to Michigan for Mother's Day and Tulip time. Cor's grandparents from Minnesota were there, so it was really special to spend some time with them. Cory's sister Kate was there from Denver, as were Jess and Jared, so it was a total blessing to have everyone all together. The next weeekend was Addie's 2nd birthday... More on that soon!
